First of all, forgive me for not bringing you all up to date sooner, but its been all go and this end.

We had a good Ulster Grand Prix, bar the weather.  I managed to take my first National Road Race win in the UGP Bike week when I won the Dundrod 150 Challenge Race on the Wednesday.  That was mega, and to step onto the top step of the podium was just awesome.   We had set a few good times in practice for the Ulster with laps in the region of 124+mph, which seen me 7th quickest in the Superbike Class, and 10th in the Superstocks.   I travelled over to the Isle of Man last week and had a look around the TT circuit with Milky Quayle and Paul Phillips.  It looks brillant, but unless I can get the right funding, it will be a non starter for me in 2009.  I envisage about £15,000 needing to be generated to due the TT, and that is about my total buget for a race season.  Hopefully I can attracted the sponsorship to do the TT, but the current climate would sudjest otherwise at the moment.    I and heading down to Killalane in a couple of weeks and then back over to Scarborough for the Gold Cup, so fingers crossed that my luck will continue to shine.
